The TIDEs (Team Interdisciplinary Developmental Evaluations) program assesses children who have (or are at risk for) early developmental impairments or preschool/school-age neurodevelopmental issues.
June 2023: Please note that we are currently not accepting new referrals for this program; when it is possible to do so, we will update the information on the site.
Evaluations are performed by an interdisciplinary team of medical and allied health professionals. Follow-up consists of medical check-ins as needed or deemed appropriate, and allied health intervention is offered in blocks of therapy.
Medical appointments are fully covered by RAMQ. To see a medical specialist, please email or fax us the following documents:
- A consultation request from a primary physician (*required)
- TIDES Intake Questionnaire (*required)
