The TIDEs (Team Interdisciplinary Developmental Evaluations) program assesses children who have (or are at risk for) early developmental impairments or preschool/school-age neurodevelopmental issues.
Evaluations are performed by an interdisciplinary team of medical and allied health professionals. Follow-up consists of medical check-ins as needed or deemed appropriate, and allied health intervention is offered in blocks of therapy. Our therapeutic interventions are play based and our gym was designed specifically for children. We use games and activities to motivate your child to help maximize the time we have to address therapy goals.
At the current time, allied health services are provided privately (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, psychology, nutrition/dietetics). No referrals are needed to see a therapist.
All medical appointments are fully covered by RAMQ. To see a medical specialist, please email or fax us the following documents:
- A consultation request from a primary physician (*required)
- TIDES Intake Questionnaire (*required)
